For $PARAS stakers to gain more value and attract Paras users to buy and stake $PARAS. Currently, $PARAS stakers lack utilization and feel "disconnected" between token and marketplace. Add more token utilization by incentivizing holders and stakers with benefits in the market, such as discounts, free raffles, etc.
Another motivation is to:
Retain existing users & encourage new users to purchase more NFT on Paras to get more loyalty rewards.
Stabilize user engagement on Paras's website by giving them benefits from consistently purchasing NFT on our platform.
Show appreciation & build relationships with loyal users by giving them rewards.

100% currently, people are most likely selling $PARAS to convert into $NEAR to buy NFTs (This is a great suggestion! - please consider this urgently, as you can see the effect of the NFT staking rewards on PARAS token).
The seller would want to receive most likely NEAR, so you would have to convert this into NEAR for them (but maybe some can accept PARAS on sale and they do not have any listing fee from PARAS if they are ok to recieve the PARAS token as payment).
Alternatively PARAS would have to have some capital to manage that liquidity.
