The purchase of an NFT does not, by default, give you a commercial right to use the image featured in that NFT. It would be helpful if artists could create collections that clearly express their consent to the commercial use of works in the virtual and physical space. This can increase the value of the works, on the marketplace you can buy some works that could be suitable for decorating a cafe, bar, office, etc. Collections with the transfer of commercial rights should be specially marked, for them a separate filter should be created for easy search.
I propose to consider that the possibility of signing such a digital agreement on the transfer of commercial rights is paid in some number of PARAS tokens. This will add additional value to the platform token.
In this way:
  1. It will be beneficial for the artist to improve the perception of his collection
  2. It will be beneficial for the buyer to buy NFTs with commercial rights
  3. It will be beneficial for the marketplace that its token receives utilities and increases the demand for the coin
Payment in tokens also increases the artist's responsibility for the quality of their work. If he is not sure of the quality, then he will not buy the possibility of transferring rights. This will save the marketplace from the problem of garbage collections that will try to get benefits for free.
